Adverse Weather Policy for Competitions

In the event of inclement weather the Committee have agreed the following Policy:

• a) If the Course is open at the start of the Competition it will go ahead whatever the weather or number of entrants.

• b) When the course is closed due to weather conditions other than frost at the first scheduled tee slot and is still closed 1½ hours later, the competition will be cancelled.

• c) When the Course is closed due to frost at the time of the first scheduled tee slot and is still closed 2 hours later, the competition will be cancelled.

• d) If during play of any Competition the Course closes for whatever weather condition and re-opening is delayed for more than 1 hour all scores will be null and void if less than half of the competitors complete their round.

• e) A cancelled Competition is not guaranteed to be re-scheduled.

• f) The Committee reserve the right to retain flexibility in the above.
