FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL SILVER AND BRONZE PLAYERS

MATCH GUIDELINES

1.  Read match notices carefully, noting start times, uniform etc.

2.  As soon as you arrive, report to your Team Manager who will advise you of your starting time and when photographs will be taken.

3.  The visiting team has the honour on the first tee.

4.  Carry a rule book in your golf bag at all times.

5.  Identify your ball on the first tee and make a special mark on it.

6.  When conceding a putt, pick up your opponents ball and hand it back to them, do not throw or roll it back.

7.  Make sure you mark your ball correctly on the green being careful not move the ball as you mark it.

8.  Please leave the course when your match has finished.

9. At home- you are the hostess of your opponent, therefore it is up to you to offer a drink

before lunch.

10. The "reserve" should be available at the club to entertain the visiting "reserve". She is as much a part of the team as any player.

11. Make sure you support the Team Manager and Lady Captain if she is there.

12. Finally, be a good loser, remember it is only a game, do not worry about it too much if you lose. You will have tried your hardest.
